Declares one address-validation-provider catalog entry (a row of
sdk_address_providers) in code — the Customizing counterpart of the address
provider seam. Repeatable; projected by the CustomizingWorker on ui5:sync
(SDK Address v0.9 D4).
The SDK ships no #[AddressProvider] of its own (it bundles no adapter —
bought, never owned). A host stacks one on the module that also binds its
AddressProviderInterface concrete, and ui5:sync lands the catalog row — no
SDK release. Mirrors {@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Partners\Attributes\RelationshipType}.

First-class — deliberately NOT a {@see columns()} member. The
CustomizingWorker writes it to the help_uuid column the way it writes
the identity column (when the table carries one), and the {@see
\LaravelUi5\Sdk\Help\HelpCompiler} validates a non-null value resolves to a
real doc/{uuid}/ document in the declaring module. Never translatable —
a stable UUID, not a label. The runtime consumer is the
com.laravelui5.core.Context control reading the synced UUID.
