Generic flat projection of every code-owned Customizing catalog (see https://laravelui5.com/sdk/customizing).

For each table declared by a {@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Customizing\Contracts\CustomizingEntry} attribute it reconciles the DB to the complete declared set — insert / update-if-dirty / delete-absent — keyed on the catalog's identity column, column-agnostic, via the query builder (no per-catalog model). Catalogs are independent and flat (spec I5), so table order is irrelevant.

Inherits the Sync pipeline's invariants: it runs inside the pipeline transaction, dry-run is a pipeline-level rollback, and any DB error — notably an ON DELETE RESTRICT blocking the retirement of an in-use code (spec D4) — bubbles to fail the sync loud. It is never swallowed here.

`public`	`run(SyncContextInterface $context): void` Executes the synchronization logic for this worker. Executes the synchronization logic for this worker. The SyncPipeline will call this method in a defined order for each registered worker, passing in the active SyncContext. Implementations should perform all read and write operations within the database transaction provided by the context. Dry mode is a pipeline-level concern: workers write through the active transaction normally so that downstream FK lookups resolve against staged rows; the pipeline rolls the transaction back at the end of a dry run. {@see SyncContextInterface::logDry()} is informational and does not gate the write.
