partner.impersonate — begin, switch, or stop impersonation (F3).

One intent covers all three transitions:

targetPartnerId set → begin/switch to that partner (subject to the principal's active delegations);
targetPartnerId null or the → stop impersonating / return to self. principal's own id

The handler always lands the client on the Launchpad (D8) via a full reload, so a target's missing app-access can never strand the session.
