Marks a {@see \LaravelUi5\Core\Ui5\Contracts\Ui5TileInterface} for placement in the LUX Launchpad launcher.
The launcher composes explicitly-marked tiles (WV-LP-D-03 — the design shift from
the App/Module #[LaunchpadNode], sdk-weave-0.18-buildbook § W-LP). The
capability is a domain/capability taxonomy coordinate (sdk-launchpad-v0.9 §5);
weight orders tiles within their group (higher first, namespace-alphabetical
fallback — §5.4). A tile has exactly one home, so the attribute is not repeatable.
Parse-only + lenient today: the coordinate is captured but not validated against the
closed taxonomy master — strict validation (WV-LP-A-02/A-03/B-03/B-04) stays deferred.
Launchpad-module-owned on purpose: the attribute AND its discovery
({@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Launchpad\LaunchpadPlacements}) live here, keeping the SDK
platform (SdkRegistry) free of Launchpad knowledge.
