A row in sdk_slots — the persisted mirror of a Core slot catalog entry (SDK
Actor Slot Values v1.0, D2). Written only by {@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Parameters\SlotsWorker}
on ui5:sync; the runtime-authoritative catalog is Core's Ui5Registry.
The default query excludes soft-deleted slots (removed_at IS NOT NULL) so
live reads (the Writer's retired-slot check, join queries, the artisan commands)
see only active slots. The worker itself drops the scope
(Slot::withoutGlobalScope('active')) to diff/restore retired rows.
