Defines the four categories of Abilities within LaravelUi5. Each type expresses a distinct semantic permission that governs what a user may see, do, enter or read across frontend and backend layers.

Integer-backed for compact storage and stable comparison.

The integer 0 slot (the retired Use/route-gating type) is deliberately left vacant — route-gating inside an app is not the SDK's paradigm; a capability that not all users may exercise is its own app (https://laravelui5.com/sdk/security/capability-mini-apps). Existing values are stable.
