The key is split at the first dot only, because a See ability's name
carries the view's dotted name: see.com.acme.view.Main.exportBtn is the
type see and the ability com.acme.view.Main.exportBtn.
The answer comes from the actor's resolved ability set — the one
canAccess() and canExecute() ask — not from what a shell contributor
sends to the client, so all four types answer.
