A process facet for cross-discovery in the LUX Loom marketplace — the input to
the Launchpad top-level search appliance (the marketplace descriptor,
[[LOOM_MODULE_DESCRIPTOR]]; buildbook WV-MKT-A-01).
Declared on the Module, repeatable (0..n per package). $id is a
scheme-prefixed identifier (apqc:<id>); the scheme prefix leaves room for
other vocabularies. Emitted as an opaque string in 0.18.x — the APQC registry
validation + the facet-search feature are later (L8).
