Thrown by the dispatcher's §9 seal guard when a handler returns without sealing its {@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Action\BusinessTransaction}, or returns a response other than the one it sealed. A programming error — routed through the technical-failure (500) tier so the client seam stays uniform.
