Thrown when a {@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Action\BusinessTransaction} is sealed a
second time — commit()/rollback() are one-shot and mutually exclusive.
A LogicException because it is a programming error, and so the dispatcher's
seal guard (§9) can route it through the technical-failure tier.
