The pluggable rendering seam (SDK Address v0.9 D6, named D15). Per-country
formatting (line order, where the postal code goes) is the classic
worldwide-correctness chore we refuse to own — instead it is a derived strategy
with a good-enough default. Selection is derived from country_code via
{@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Address\AddressFormatterRegistry}, never chosen in the UI.
A formatter consumes the canonical {@see NormalizedAddress} (never the Eloquent
row, never a generic address interface). Its structured-vs-free-text split is an
internal fallback branch driven by has_no_postal_address + field presence — it
prefers the structured fields and renders formattedAddress (+ GPS) for a place
with no postal identity.
