The bought-validation seam (SDK Address v0.9 D8, named D15). An SDK interface with no bundled vendor concrete — the host binds its licensed provider (Google / Radar / Mapbox / OpenStreetMap or a national register like Statistik Austria). Bought, never owned: no third-party JS/SDK is copied into the SDK.
A national register is just a provider whose "API" is a local DB query instead of
HTTP. Whatever the source, lookup()/fetch() return {@see NormalizedAddress} —
the externally-settled lingua franca — which the capture action copies onto the
partner's row (never FK'd to the provider's namespace, D3).
