How trustworthy a captured address is (SDK Address v0.9 D5/D9). A consequence
of how the row was captured — conferred by the capture action, not by the
provider contract: a provider-backed pick is Validated; a manually-typed row is
Unverified. Orthogonal to has_no_postal_address (a site's GPS can be verified
while it has no postal identity).
