Declares a shared business Concept — the stable, namespaced anchor that independently-built modules weave to (LUX Weave, Facet A/B).

A Concept is pure identity: a canonical name + the Eloquent model it is about. It carries no UI and no navigation intents — entry points are contributed separately by Ui5Apps via {@see Weave}. Because identity is decoupled from UI, the model owner declares the Concept — an app or a UI-less domain library alike.

Exactly one module may declare a given Concept name (single definer); a collision throws at registry-build time.

Parameters

`$name`	Canonical, vendor-namespaced name (e.g. `laravelui5.partner`). This is the wire identity weavers reference by string — never the model class — so a foreign package can weave to it without a code dependency, and the owner may refactor the model freely behind this stable name.
`$model`	The Eloquent model the Concept is about; its primary key is the Concept's instance key. A local binding, not the identity — the descriptor derives table/key/FK from it at render.
`$label`	Short, human-readable English display name for the marketplace (e.g. `'Business Partner'`) — what a Loom discovery card renders, since neither the machine `name` nor the model FQCN is presentable. Required: every Concept is marketplace-presentable.
`$key`	Instance-key override; defaults to the model PK. Set only for composite/surrogate keys.
