Declares this Ui5App as a {@see Concept}'s single canonical inbound entry — its front door (LUX Weave, Facet A). The route that opens the Concept's own identity page; weave.open resolves it and fills {0} with the crossing key.

A Concept has at most one ConceptEntry across the workspace (cardinality 0…1, sdk-weave-navigation-v0.9 D14): a second declaration for the same Concept name is a build-time collision. A related surface keyed on the same value (e.g. "orders of this partner") is not a second front door — it is an outbound doorway, declared with {@see Weave}.

Declared on the app that owns the detail — which may differ from the Concept's definer, since {@see Concept} is UI-free identity and may live in a routeless library. Route is relative to the artifact root, positional ({0}). No label or icon: the front door is a referential jump, not a menu item.
