Declares an outbound doorway from this Ui5App to a shared {@see Concept} — a related surface that appears in the Concept's hub menu (LUX Weave, Facet B).

Declared on the contributing app and named by the target Concept — never on the hub. The hub (the Concept's own detail) is named, so it declares nothing: it reads every Weave to its Concept and renders each as a menu item. When a new contributor ships, the hub gains its doorway with a zero-line diff.

A Weave is always outbound and always route-bearing — the route is this app's own surface (e.g. /orders/{0} on OrdersApp), the one thing only the contributor knows. {0} is filled at render with the Concept's instance key (the hub instance on screen). The Concept's canonical inbound front door is a separate concern — see {@see ConceptEntry}.

Repeatable: an app may weave to many Concepts. Routes are relative to the artifact root, positional.
