Runtime view of a registered Concept's identity.

Derives the table / instance key / foreign key from the model lazily — at request time when an entry is rendered, never at registry-build time. The harvest stores only the raw attribute data (name, model, optional key override); see {@see SdkRegistry::registerConcept}.

Implements {@see CacheSerializable} so it round-trips the registry cache structurally.
