Navigation across a Weave arc (LUX Weave, Facet A/B).

Assembled on the client from a delivered {@see WeaveEntry} plus the displayed instance's primary key, then dispatched. The server re-resolves the entry via the source Concept's outbound list (never trusting a client URL), authorizes the target app, and returns a redirect.

The name MUST be stable and SHOULD follow a dotted namespace convention, e.g.:

Serializes the concrete intent parameters into a primitive payload.

The returned array MUST contain all data required to reconstruct the same intent invocation at a later time.
