Open a Concept instance at its canonical inbound entry (LUX Weave, Facet A).

The sibling of {@see WeaveIntent} for the opposite direction: weave.navigate follows an outbound arc (a hub's Related menu → a related app); weave.open jumps straight to a Concept's own detail — the entry declared by the app that provides the Concept (#[ConceptEntry(concept: '…', route: '…/{0}')]), resolved via {@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Intent\Contracts\IntentRegistryInterface::inboundEntriesForConcept()}. The caller names only the concept + the instance key — never the provider's route (the doorway is declared once, zero consumer/provider edit; the seed of a future lux:WeaveLink control). The server re-resolves and returns a redirect.

The name MUST be stable and SHOULD follow a dotted namespace convention, e.g.:

Serializes the concrete intent parameters into a primitive payload.

The returned array MUST contain all data required to reconstruct the same intent invocation at a later time.

This payload is used for:

IntentResult dispatching

cross-request intent handover

Strong typing is encouraged by exposing parameters as readonly constructor properties and mapping them here.
