Thrown when a write targets a slot that is registered in Core but absent or
soft-deleted (removed_at) in the sdk_slots mirror (SDK Actor Slot Values v1.0,
write rule 2). The common cause is that ui5:sync has not run since the slot was
(re)introduced — a defensive check, not the happy path.
