The platform a sdk_partner_profiles row points at — the partner's web / social
presence (SDK Partners D15). Int-backed so a new platform is a new case with no
column churn; works identically for an organization or a person. Orthogonal to
the flat email / phone on sdk_partners, which stay the primary contact.
Other (99) is the escape hatch for a platform without its own case — the row's
label names it. The stored value is always a full URL (end design), never a
bare handle: nobody wants to reconstruct a link from a copied-over handle.
