A partner's web / social presence (sdk_partner_profiles) — an attribute of the
owning partner (SDK Partners D15), never shared across partners. Additive to the flat
email / phone primary contact on sdk_partners; a partner may hold any number of
profiles of any {@see PartnerProfileType}.
value is always a full URL (end design) — the header renders it as a direct href.
Unlike {@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Address\Models\PartnerAddress}, there is no
schema-inexpressible invariant to guard on write.
