Projects the navigation definition into the context.
A projection is applied after the navigation tree has been fully composed by all contributors and before it is delivered to the client.
The projector is responsible solely for visibility decisions. Unauthorized entries are removed from the navigation structure.
This interface intentionally:
Absence of permission results in absence of navigation.
