Provides read-only access to the compiled navigation model.
The NavigationService exposes navigation entries that have been precomputed and cached by the navigation compiler command.
It serves as the single source of truth for LeanShell when rendering application navigation and global app entry points.
This service is intentionally minimal:
All entries returned by this service are already filtered and represent valid navigation destinations.
