A lightweight, DB-free descriptor of the org partner that operates this installation — the tenant.
Tenant identity is a projection of an organization {@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Partners\Models\Partner}:
the descriptor mirrors the org-relevant subset of the sdk_partners
row (identity + legal payload), which is what makes "someday auto-insert
a tenant as a Partner row" mechanical. It carries no person fields and
no DB handle — it is read once at bootstrap and lives immutably on the
SdkContext for the request.
