Thrown when a bound TenantResolver cannot determine a tenant for the current request — fail-loud, never a silent fiction.
The SDK always binds a default resolver ({@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Tenancy\DefaultTenantResolver}), which never throws. This exception is for bespoke resolvers (e.g. a domain-based one in a multi-tenant host) to signal an unresolvable tenant — an un-provisioned domain, a request without the upstream DB switch, etc.
Distinguishable from a generic BindingResolutionException so test code
can expectException(MissingTenantResolverException::class) and so the
message can carry an actionable hint directly.
