Marks a Tile ({@see \LaravelUi5\Core\Ui5\Contracts\Ui5TileInterface}) or Card
({@see \LaravelUi5\Core\Ui5\Contracts\Ui5CardInterface}) as a contribution to a
foreign dashboard group — LUX Weave Facet C (sdk-weave-dashboard-v0.9,
WV-DASH-A-01).
namespace is the published namespace of the target dashboard group the
tile/card joins — the stable anchor, exactly as #[Weave] names its Concept
(umbrella C1). {@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Weave\Dashboard\DashboardContributions::contributeInto()}
feeds every contribution into Core's DashboardGroupCollector, which the dashboard
transformer merges into the group's children — so a contributor appears with an empty
git diff on the consuming app (the Facet C graduation shot, WV-DASH-G-01).
weight orders contributions within a group: small = high priority
(ascending), namespace-alphabetical fallback. No dedup/collision/personalization
contract ships in 0.18.x (C6/OP4 deferred) — weight is captured and stable-sorted
only.
A tile/card has one home, so the attribute is not repeatable (adding
Attribute::IS_REPEATABLE later, should multi-target contribution ever be
needed, is a backward-compatible change).
SDK-owned (a first-class Facet C capability), and — like #[Launchpad] — read by
pure live reflection over the registry's rehydrated artifact instances, so it
needs no SdkRegistry/CachedRegistry edit and no ui5:sync harvest.
