Contributes a named scope to a value help — LUX Weave, the value-help facet
(sdk-valuehelp-scoping-v1.0, Layer W). Declared on an OData entity-set source
class (the same class that carries #[Read]): the set becomes the scope's data
under the value help named by valueHelp.
A value help is one shaped picker over a business object; a scope is a facet of it
(Partners with scopes colleagues, loginPartners, …). This is the sibling of the
dashboard {@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Weave\Dashboard\Attributes\Contribute} — a vendor adds a
scope to another vendor's value help with an empty git diff on the value-help app.
The harvest records (valueHelp, scope) → (entitySet, readAbility) into the scope
registry, keyed by the OData set name (from the app's ResolverMap) and the set's #[Read]
ability. Sync validates that the contributed set projects the value help's
declaredEntityType() — a mismatch fails the build.
Not repeatable — a set is one scope of one value help. (Adding IS_REPEATABLE later,
should a set ever serve several value helps, is backward-compatible.)
