Resolves the rendering strategy for an address from its country_code (SDK
Address v0.9 D6) — never a choice made in the UI. for($countryCode) returns the
first registered country-specific formatter that supports() the code, else the
good-enough {@see DefaultAddressFormatter}.
The SDK ships only the default. A host adds a country formatter (e.g. an AT
formatter alongside its Statistik Austria provider) by calling register() in its
service provider — no SDK release.
