The good-enough default renderer (SDK Address v0.9 D6) — explicitly marked good-enough, not claimed-correct-for-all. A sane Western/ISO line order for any country that has no dedicated formatter registered. Owning per-country correctness is the worldwide-library burden the atom refuses; a host that needs it ships its own AddressFormatterInterface and registers it with the {@see AddressFormatterRegistry}.

The structured-vs-free-text split is this formatter's internal fallback branch (D6), driven by hasStructuredAddress() — not a separate flavour toggle.
