Interface LaravelUi5\Sdk\Intent\Contracts\IntentRegistryInterface

Central registry for intent capabilities.

Mental model: An intent is not just an identity. It is a capability composed of:

an Intent (identity + parameters)
- a Handler (business execution)
- an optional Authorizer (permission check)

The IntentRegistry is the single source of truth that ties these parts together.

Responsibilities:

resolve intent classes by intent name
provide the corresponding handler
provide the corresponding authorizer (if any)

Non-responsibilities:

intent hydration
authorization decisions
business execution
