The shipped default {@see SystemActorResolverInterface}. Reads
config('ui5.system_actor_id') (env UI5_SYSTEM_ACTOR_ID, default 1 — the
operator convention, partner #1) and validates that the resolved partner is the
platform owner. Fails loud, never a silent fiction.
Rebind {@see SystemActorResolverInterface} to resolve the actor differently. See sdk-system-actor-v0.9.md D1–D3.
