Resolves the installation's single non-human system actor — the
platform-owner {@see Partner} stamped as the writer on actor-less writes: a
scheduled job, a webhook, or an SDK-internal sync such as the SettingsWorker
seeding set_by at ui5:sync.
Distinct from the request actor on SdkContext: the system actor is
provenance-and-attribution for writes that have no human in scope.
The SDK binds {@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Partners\ConfigSystemActorResolver} (which
reads config('ui5.system_actor_id')) by default, so there is no unbound state.
Rebind a concrete resolver in your service provider to resolve the actor
differently (e.g. by a dedicated flag column):
$this->app->singleton(SystemActorResolverInterface::class, MyResolver::class);
Contract: {@see resolve()} is total — it returns a real PlatformOwner Partner or throws (never a wrong-but-plausible partner). See sdk-system-actor-v0.9.md.
