Refund Policy
Effective: 10th of Mai, 2026
LaravelUi5 SDK is sold business-to-business following a qualification call with us. Once you complete checkout, your annual subscription is non-refundable. There is no cooling-off period and no pro-rated refund for unused time. This is the standard practice for annual B2B software subscriptions, and the qualification call beforehand is what protects both sides. By the time you reach checkout, you and we have agreed the SDK fits your case.
You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Auto-renewal halts immediately on cancellation; your access continues through the end of the current billed period. After the grace period ends, your Composer credentials stop authenticating, but the SDK version you had installed at the time of cancellation remains licensed for use on the domains then authorized, indefinitely under § 8.3 of the Terms of Service.
We retain discretion to issue goodwill refunds in exceptional circumstances, demonstrable product malfunction on our side, billing errors, fraudulent account activity, or comparable situations. These are case-by-case and are not a customer entitlement.
The full terms, definitions, cancellation channels, what happens after the grace period, and goodwill exceptions are in § 7 of the Terms of Service, which is the binding text. This page is a summary.
